The writing, tools, calculators, designs, charts, and results pages on this site belong to FarmRent. The public data we use, from USDA, the University of Illinois, and other publishers, still belongs to the people who published it.

Please don't copy it

Don't copy, republish, or resell our content or tools without our written permission. That includes scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading the site with automated tools. You're welcome to share your own estimate or report with your family, your farmer, or your advisors.

Everything on FarmRent is for learning and planning. It isn't legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice, and it isn't a lease, an appraisal, or an insurance quote.

We can't promise the numbers are perfect
