What do these numbers mean?

Growing costs are seed, fertilizer, chemicals, fuel, and similar. Land costs are the ones tied to the ground, as your lease defines them. On a typical 50/50 share, the farmer covers growing costs and you cover land costs. Cash rent is what the farmer would pay you on a cash lease.
